Mission Control Center is a baseline Center of State Space Corporation ROSCOSMOS.
The Center provides complex mission control of manned and unmanned spacecraft as well as Russian Segment of the ISS.

MISSION CONTROL CENTER (TsUP)
TsUP is a research unit at JSC «TsNIIMash» and a baseline mission control center of State Space Corporation ROSKOSMOS. TsUP provides mission control of manned and unmanned spacecraft as well as Russian Segment of the ISS. Today TsUP is the only multifunctional center able to provide simultaneous mission control for several manned and unmanned spacecraft of different class.

On October 3, 1960, the Mission Control Center (TsUP) was established in Korolyov, Moscow Region, as the Computing Center being a part of NII-88 (since 1967 – TsNIImash)
